Service Terms

These service terms govern all inquiries, quotations, orders and after-sales services between you and Pantong Children's Products Factory. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotation Service

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotation includes product cost only, excluding freight, tax and other extra charges. Prices may change due to raw material fluctuation.

2. Custom Mould & Product Development

We provide custom mould design, product molding and sample making service. The mould ownership will be defined in sales contract. Customers shall provide complete design drawings or product requirements before development.

3. Sample Service

Samples can be provided upon request. Sample cost and courier freight will be charged to buyer. Sample lead time depends on product structure. Sample confirmation is required before mass production.

4. Quality Service & Inspection

We carry out quality inspection before shipment. Buyers can arrange third-party inspection at our factory before delivery. Any quality complaints must be submitted within 7 working days after goods arrival with photos or videos as evidence.

5. Technical Support

We offer technical consultation for product usage and simple assembly guidance. Technical service does not cover on-site overseas installation service unless agreed separately.

6. Intellectual Property

If customer provides drawings, logos or design files, the customer shall guarantee that there is no third-party intellectual property infringement. We will keep your design information confidential and will not disclose it to others.

7. Website Usage

All images, texts and data on this website are for reference only. Product appearance, size and color may have slight difference due to production batch. We reserve the right to modify product details without prior notice.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, policy change, port shutdown and other uncontrollable events.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the order shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled in the location of our factory in accordance with Chinese laws.
