Cancel Order
Please read our order cancellation policy carefully before submitting a cancellation request.
1. Cancellation Eligibility
Orders can be cancelled before production starts. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please send us an email with the following information:
- Your order number
- Full name of buyer
- Contact email
- Reason for cancellation

3. Refund After Cancellation
If the order is successfully cancelled before production, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
Bank or payment provider processing delays may apply, which are beyond our control.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Custom mould orders and customized products cannot be cancelled once production is confirmed, as materials and manufacturing have been arranged specifically for your project.
