Payment Policy

Please read our payment terms carefully before confirming your order. Production will start only after receiving your deposit.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We support the following payment methods for international orders:

• Bank Transfer (T/T Telegraphic Transfer)
• Western Union
• MoneyGram

2. Payment Terms

For bulk orders and custom mould orders, our standard term is 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. Special payment terms can be negotiated for long-term cooperative customers.

3. Currency

We mainly accept US Dollar (USD) payments. If you need to settle in other currencies, please confirm with our sales team in advance.

4. Bank Charges

All bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges and handling fees are borne by the buyer. Please ensure the full order amount is received in our account.

5. Payment Confirmation

After you make the transfer, please send us the bank slip by email. We will verify the payment. Production will be arranged once the deposit arrives.

6. Late Payment

If the balance payment is delayed, we reserve the right to postpone shipment. Goods will not be released until full payment is received.

7. Refund Related

Refunds will be processed via the same payment channel you used. Refund time depends on bank processing cycles, which may take 3–7 working days.
